Friday, August 18, 2017
6:30 pm: Kid's Triathlon begins
6:00-8:00 pm: Athlete packet pickup in the grassy area by the skate park, just south of Stansbury Parkway (30 Plaza Stansbury Park)
7:30 pm: Course drive-through and sweep
Meet at the Clubhouse parking lot and bring your own broom. There will be a drawing for everyone that shows up and helps

Saturday, August 19, 2017
6:00-6:45 am: Athlete check-in and late packet pickup at the transition area
6:45 am: Pre-race meeting
7:00 am: Men swim begins
7:15 am: Women swim begins
~9:30 am: Awards ceremony, light breakfast, and drawing for prizes

Packet Pick-up

Your race packet (bib number, bike number, and race information) will be available in the grassy area by the skate park just south of Stansbury Parkway (30 Plaza Stansbury Park) on Friday 6:00-8:00 pm and Saturday beginning at 6 am at the transition area.


Wetsuits are welcome but not required. Approximate water temperature is 75 degrees. Wetsuit strippers WILL NOT be allowed.

Note about the swimming course

The course is a GPS-mapped 500 yard swimming course. For training purposes, this is equivalent to about 20 lengths of a standard pool.

Body Marking

On Saturday morning, you will be body marked on your arms and legs indicating your race number. Body marking will NOT take place at the packet pick up on Friday evening.


Runnercard will be timing the race.


Awards will be presented to the overall top 3 male and female winners, as well as the top 3 males and females in each age division. The age divisions are: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.

Water/Aid Stations

Water and HEED* will be provided at the transition area and at Stansbury Park Elementary School on the run. There are no water stations on the bike course. Volunteers will be located throughout both courses and will be able to get help if you need it.

* HEED is an electrolyte endurance drink provided by Hammer Nutrition.
